I had a great experience bringing my cat in for grooming. The staff was friendly and attentive. The only downside was that they were a bit busy, and I had to wait a while, but my cat came out looking fabulous. Will definitely return!

What a wonderful find! I took my Shih Tzu for a grooming session, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The groomer was incredibly patient and spent quality time making sure my dog felt comfortable throughout the entire process. The facility had a cozy atmosphere and smelled great, which is a big plus for me. I appreciated that they used high-quality products, as my dog has sensitive skin. Bri took extra care to ensure that my dog's coat was not only stylish but also healthy. I loved the little touches, like the bow they put on him afterwards! It's the small details that make a big difference. The only small critique would be that the parking situation can be a bit tricky, especially during busy times. However, given how happy my dog was after his grooming, I’d say it's worth it! If you’re looking for a caring and skilled groomer, look no further. I will definitely be returning for more grooming sessions!

I can't say enough great things about my experience! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. The staff here is absolutely fantastic and truly loves animals. I brought my Golden Retriever in for a grooming session, and they took the time to listen to what I wanted. They were patient and gentle with my pup, which really put my mind at ease. Bri, the groomer, was so knowledgeable about different dog breeds and grooming techniques. She even offered tips on how to maintain his coat between visits! I was impressed by the cleanliness of the facility, too. Everything was tidy, and you could tell they take pride in their work environment. My dog came out looking absolutely stunning; he was so fluffy and smelled amazing! The only minor issue was that the appointment took a bit longer than I anticipated, but it was well worth the wait. I understand that every pet is different, and they want to make sure each one gets the attention they deserve. I highly recommend this place if you want your furry friend to be pampered. I won’t be taking my dog anywhere else for grooming!
